Return & Exchange Policy

We have a clear NO EXCHANGE policy. Exceptions are made FOR RETURNS only under two conditions:
1. The received product has a damage or defect.
2. The delivered product mismatches the order.

RETURNS are subject to the following:
1.  Turiya customer care should receive a formal notification of the return within 72 hours of receiving the product (via Email at turiyacandles@gmail.com)
2.  The product should be unused, in new condition, with tags on and in the same packaging as sent.
3.  The product should not be a custom made.
4.   If the product is eligible for return, refund will be initiated to the account that was used by customer at the time of payment.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME:  4-5 BUSINESS DAYS
1.  All orders are shipped through our registered shipping partners, the likes of Delhivery, FedEx etc.
2. Shipping information is relayed through email, on the email id specified at the time of order placement.
3. Delivery of each order will be to the registered address of the customer as mentioned at the time of order placement only.
4) Reverse Pick-ups are arranged only for returns of damaged or incorrect deliveries. NO reverse pick-up is arranged for any kind of exchanges.
5) Delivery of the shipment is subject to the Courier Company. Turiya only guarantees timely dispatch within the delivery time mentioned, post order and/or payment confirmation, and is not liable for any delay in delivery by the shipping partner.
